A 12-TURN FULFILLMENT SIM

You just took over fulfillment at Cairn Outfitters.

One DC in Denver, eight stores, five vendors, and a year of orders on the way. Each month you set routing, buying, pricing, and network levers — then the sim runs ~9,000 orders and shows you exactly what your decisions cost. Score is operating profit. There is a leaderboard.

TODAY’S LEADERBOARD
Nobody has finished a year on this seed yet.
GAP = PROFIT LEFT ON THE TABLE VS THE BEST POLICY YOU COULD HAVE PICKED
WHAT YOU’LL BE TRADING OFF
Splits vs. delays — one warehouse is cheap until it's out of stock; two is fast until you pay double freight.
Speed vs. freight — a tighter promise converts better, until the carrier upgrades eat the margin.
Store stock vs. online orders — ship-from-store looks free. The walk-in customer it starves is not.
